Well that is autopilot. In this episode I give clear examples on how we are on autopilot, waking up and getting out of the bed the same way, dressing the same way give or take, driving and going to work the same way... 95% of the day we are on autopilot. Don't try change the 95%. Change the standard of the autopilot. Example, when someone cuts you off in traffic your first reaction is to be angry and snap, how about your autopilot thoughts saying, jeez they must be in a rush... You will feel totally different in those two situations and I know which way I want to feel.
