He also works as a senior lecturer in the department of psychology in the university of Surrey. Dr Safraz has worked in the muslim community as a facilitator, mediator and leader for 15 years and is particularly interested in self development and wellbeing.

Having completed his BSc in BioMedical Sciences in 2016, Hasan is currently undertaking an MBA with the University of Hertfordshire Business School. In the U.K. she works within Barnados, Brent CAMHS and primary care to reshape and redesign mental health services for young people. In Iraq, Amina is the director of mental health and well-being programmes for Al-Ayn, Iraq’s largest orphan care charity. She is leading on the roll out of network of mental health clinics across the country, providing a much needed infrastructure for mental health. She designed the Hikayati programme which provides bespoke personal development, resilience and mentoring interventions for bereaved children and has achieved an 85% success rate in returning school-leavers to full time education. She is an accredited trainer for Children and War international, Child bereavement U.K. and the youth mental health first aid.
